If you deposited an SWL&P bill payment at our drop box at 2915 Hill Avenue in Superior AFTER 3 p.m. on Wed., Oct. 3 and before 7 a.m. on Thurs., Oct. 4, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at 715-394-2200 or 800-227-7957.
The Superior Police Department is investigating the break-in and possible theft of the contents of the box. In the meantime, payments can be made inside our Hill Avenue facility from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. weekdays (closed on Wednesdays) or Super One Foods at 1515 Oakes or 2202 East 2nd Street, or Walmart at 3801 Tower Avenue. The Superior Police Department has confirmed other recent drop box thefts in the area; therefore, we are temporarily closing our Hill Ave drop box location. This location will remain closed until our new drive-through payment drop box, with enhanced security, opens in the coming weeks.
