It is important that you contact us as early in the process as possible but no less than three weeks prior to finalizing your plans.
You may expedite the process by providing us with general utility information using the appropriate form below.
After returning the completed form, please allow a minimum of three weeks for Superior Water, Light and Power to review your request.
