Recurring Payment Plan - Free
  • It’s convenient and speedy to pay online.   If you enroll in a recurring automatic monthly payment plan using a checking, savings or money market account, there is NO charge.

  • Your payment is made automatically each month from your selected account and you will still get a monthly bill for your records.

One-Time Payment - $3.95    

  •  If you make a one-time online payment using a checking, savings, money market account, or credit, debit or ATM card, you will be charged a $3.95 service charge.

  • You can also make a one-time payment by calling Western Union Speedpay at 1-866-678-8868. You will be charged a $3.95 service charge when using checking, savings or money market account or credit, debit or ATM card.
 


Paying with Speed Pay

If paying with a credit or debit card you will need:
Your SWL&P account number and payment amount

Credit/debit card number and expiration date. Master Card, Visa or Discover are accepted.

Bank/credit card funds must be available 24 hours prior to SpeedPay transaction

The zip code of where your credit card statement is mailed

If paying by check you will need:
Your SWL&P account number and the payment amount

The bank routing number, account number, and check number located at the bottom of your check

You will receive a confirmation number. Record this number for proof of payment.
