Application For New Service

 

At Superior Water, Light and Power Company we will assist you with your electric, gas and water needs. With an understanding that every project is unique, we will be there to work with you throughout the process.

It is important that you contact us as early in the process as possible but no less than three weeks prior to finalizing your plans. For residential construction call 715-395-6227; for commercial projects call 715-395-6226.

You may expedite the process by providing us with general utility information using the appropriate form below.

In order for your application for service to be processed you must bring the completed form in person to Superior Water, Light and Power Company with a photo ID.

After returning the completed form, please allow a minimum of three weeks for Superior Water, Light and Power to review your request.
