SWL&P App – Download today

The Superior Water, Light & Power mobile app replaces the previous app that will be deactivated April 1, 2019. The app links users to SWL&P’s MyAccount web page where they can view and pay their bill, monitor their electricity use, learn about energy-efficiency rebates and other offers, and more. The app also offers users a quick, easy way to check on the status of power outages in their area, learn when their power will be restored or to report an outage.

Features:

  • Through the MyAccount link, customers can pay their bill, check on their energy use, view rebates and other offers, get energy-saving tips, find energy-assistance programs and more.
  • Outage map displays area affected, number of customers affected, estimated time of power restoration and the possible cause of outages. Customers also can report an outage in their area.
  • The contact page includes phone numbers, links to SWL&P social media pages (another great way to keep up to date on outages), a link to SWL&P’s outage and public safety web page, and a handy flashlight button that will turn your cellphone’s flashlight on if you are caught in the dark.

SWL&P’s parent company, ALLETE, has entered an agreement to be acquired by a partnership led by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Global Infrastructure Partners and start the process to become a private company.

This transaction will not change our operations, strategy or shared purpose and values, and it is business as usual for all of us at SWL&P. Learn more at www.ALLETEforward.com.
