Protecting our employees, the community and the grid

Superior Water, Light and Power’s critical facilities are staffed, ensuring dependable service to customers. We will continue to respond to power outages and other emergencies.

We continue to meet our customers’ energy needs and are coordinating with industry partners to ensure overall stability and reliability.

Protecting the safety of our employees and customers is our highest priority to help stop the spread of COVID-19. We are following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and taking a variety of precautions, including having employees who can work remotely do so, and closing the customer service payment window at our Underhill Service Center, 2915 Hill Ave. in Superior. When employees must be on-site, they have been directed to practice social distancing and use virtual forms of communication when possible.
